2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. When you sign up, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Billing

AffiliateKit is one flat subscription per account, billed through Stripe, and it covers unlimited campaigns and unlimited affiliates. You choose how you're billed: $29 per month, or $288 once a year (which works out to $24 per month). Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes we're required to collect.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Free trial. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect your card when you start it, but we don't charge it until the trial ends, and cancelling before then means you're never charged.

Refunds & cancellation. You can cancel at any time; your account keeps running through the end of the period you've already paid for. Because the trial lets you evaluate AffiliateKit before paying, we don't offer partial refunds for unused time.

4. Your data and your customers

You own your campaign data. In running your affiliate program, AffiliateKit processes your customers' referral data — signups and purchases — on your behalf, solely to compute commissions. We don't sell this data, and we don't use it for anything beyond providing the service to you.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use AffiliateKit for anything unlawful, run deceptive or self-dealing referral schemes, or abuse the tracking endpoints. We may suspend accounts that do this.

6. Affiliates

You're responsible for your relationship with your affiliates, including any payments you owe them. AffiliateKit computes the commissions your affiliates earn, but we don't move money between you and them — that stays between you and your affiliates.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate your account for breach of these terms, and where practicable, we'll give you notice before we do.

8. Disclaimers & liability

AffiliateKit is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
